Worst Quality Product Received - Zuber & Cie - zuber.fr

I just want to share my Reviews about the Zuber & Cie, Rexihiem, Cedex, France a hand painted Wallpaper Company. 

Beware of Zuber & Cie

It was my bad experience dealing with Zuber and Cie, as I have gone with their website zuber.fr and come to know about the product and fixed an appointment with them for my hotel in Mumbai, Maharashtra. After 3 months they fixed an appointment and some Tregouet and some lady Chalaye visited me. Booked an order after reviewing the sample and committed me to deliver in 3 months. 

I delivered the product in 4 months of chasing, after opening the box come to know that it is defective and teared from the corner and after reviewing come to know that it is not hand-painted it is Color print out on the wallpaper paper and some touchup is there might be of poster color.

I am shocked to see the result got from zuber and cie the worst worst wallpaper received from there end. I can even paste that on our hotel's wall as it is purely looking the printout and the patches of the color is looking awkward. 

while I ask them for refund or deliver atleast the hand painted wallpaper for that I paid for then nobody is not responding neither G.tregoute and G. Chalaye on phone, on email after several chasing they send me the after buying terms and condition even there I am not faulty in that as I delivered the defective product and as per the law and terms they have to replace it with correct one or refund my hard earned money but not sure I will get that.

But I am not getting anything my money and my efforts are in drain.  It is my suggestion that dealing with the companies located in abroad is free from Indian laws as well as clients approach. so beware of zuber and cie type company dealing with all over the world but not serving properly and shaming there company's name and shaming there country's name. 

I am feeling distress and helpless I can’t do anything, just to write mails as calls they are not answering.
